Wondering How Your Project Will Go?

Here are all of the details about each step in the design process.

Say Hello! If you’re located in the Atlanta area we can meet in person over coffee or we can “meet” via phone or email to discuss your primary service need, budget and timeline for completion. This is to ensure that you and I are a good fit to work together.

Before the Start Date. After your contract is signed & you’ve paid your booking invoice, we’ll send over a Project Questionnaire to begin working on, where you will provide all of the details surrounding the project, which will be due by your start date.

Initial Drafts.  Upon receipt of the completed Project Questionnaire, I will provide draft designs based on the information provided in the Discovery Phase.  You will choose from these drafts which design concept you would like to go with and from here, we’ll move on to the next phase.

Time To Design. Once the design is in place, development begins. Throughout this process, you’ll be kept regularly informed of all progress and see the project as it comes together. If your project is a website, you will be provided a temporary login.

Now that your website is all mocked up, we’ll be moving on to your collateral pieces. You’ll need to send over all content for each page of your website, such as images, text content, etc.  This usually happens simultaneously with the Development Phase.

Now that we have completed the design work behind the scenes and added all of your collateral, you’ll have a few days to preview the project to make sure that it fits your needs. If there are any changes, this is where we will make those final adjustments to the project.

It’s time to celebrate!  I’ll help you transition from your old site to your new or launch your new project. You’ll be provided with any final collateral materials for your use. If you project is a graphic/print design project, you will receive all final documents via a shared Dropbox folder.

Once your project ends, we offer 30 days of complementary post-launch support. This includes assisting with plugin or theme updates, troubleshooting anything that comes up as you have been using the site longer, as well as general questions you may have.  We want to make sure you are left with a project that you love and can manage.

What I Will Bring to Your Project

Here is my commitment to you.

I’ll work with you to come up with an handful of fresh ideas for your website, graphic or print design project, that will help achieve your overall project goals.

By taking the time to understand your needs, wants and desires for your project, I’m able to present an effective strategy on how they can be met, if not exceeded.

I pay careful attention to my workload to ensure all of my deadlines are met. Your project will be delivered on time.
